Havarti Cheese
Description
It’s semisoft and pale yellow with small irregular holes. The flavor of young Havarti is very mild and creamy with a little bit of tang. As the cheese ages, its flavor intensifies and sharpens. Named after the Danish experimental farm where it was developed, Havarti is often referred to as the Danish Tilsit because of its similarities to that cheese.

This is just perfect! The best Havarti I’ve had in years. Creamy and delicious, this cheese is great with crackers, on sandwiches, or melted on veggies like broccoli. Will definitely be ordering again.
