    Our secure site encrypts credit card information during transactions. Additionally, your credit card transaction is authorized immediately online, and only the authorization number is saved to our computer server — not your credit card number.

    When do we ship orders?

    We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday, excluding Christmas to New Years. The months of May through September shipping rates may be increased due to time needed to get product to its destination to ensure quality of product. See our online store for available products.

    What information is required for shipping?

    Our shipper, UPS, requires a full street address, including zip code and apartment numbers. NO post offi ce box numbers. Providing a phone number for the recipient is also recommended. UPS charges $12.35 for address corrections for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    We will not ship any product outside of the United States or to APO or FPO addresses. If an item is unavailable, we will substitute a similar item of equal or greater value. We appreciate your business and take pride in fulfilling your order. Your satisfaction is our #1 concern.
