We offer five bacon varieties: Hardwood Smoked Bacon (from $16.99), Hardwood Smoked Bacon Slab (from $35.99), Thick Cut Bacon (from $16.99), Peppered Bacon (from $16.99), and Canadian Bacon (from $12.99). All are hardwood smoked using traditional methods. We also carry a PA Best Bacon Box bundle for gifting. Our bacon has been voted Best Bacon in Pennsylvania.

We use traditional hardwood smoking — the same method we’ve used for over a century. Our bacon is cured and smoked using natural hardwood to develop a deep, smoky flavor and a satisfying crispness. We don’t take shortcuts with liquid smoke or artificial flavoring. The result is the familiar mouthwatering scent and taste that comes from real, slow hardwood smoking, just as it was done when we opened our doors in 1920.

Canadian bacon — also called back bacon — is made from lean pork loin rather than pork belly, giving it a much lower fat content and a milder, more ham-like flavor compared to traditional strip bacon. It’s fully cooked, making it easy to slice and serve cold or warm quickly in a pan. Ours starts at $12.99 and is a great option for breakfast sandwiches or pizza toppings.
