We ship orders every Monday & Tuesday via FedEx guaranteeing that your package will arrive in 2 days. Orders placed on Monday will be shipped out Tuesday, orders placed Tuesday-Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. A future ship date option is available upon checkout. Next-day shipping is also an option at checkout.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Once a label has been produced for your package you will receive an email with a tracking number associated with your package. Our perishable products are shipped out frozen with ice packs (up to 8 lbs. depending on the season and region being shipped) so it arrives in outstanding condition. – When working with small batch products meaning a lot of our meats are made only in small batches not in mass, and some products being made weekly, we may find ourselves short for product that week, typically we run into this with our fresh sausage if anything, so it may be delayed for a week. You would be notified via email if this is ever the case.
– During the summer months if we do not feel your package will arrive in tip top condition due to the extreme heat we may delay shipping until the following day or week.
– Over the few weeks during Christmas your order could be delayed by a day. We do everything we can to get your orders out on time, but we experience more than a 500% increase in business over the month of December so we do urge you to place your orders early and you may not want to wait until the week before Christmas.
