Pepper Jack Cheese
Pepper Jack is a very popular cheese in America. Flavored with sweet peppers, habanero, and jalapeño peppers for an extra kick. This soft and creamy cheese resembles the texture of Longhorn. Just when you think its fireworks of spicy flavor are about to go ahead and overwhelm your palate, it finishes with a delicate buttery taste that only leaves you wanting more.
