Our Artisanal Smoked Swiss Cheese
The award-winning cheese makers at Weaver’s are always looking for unique twists on classic flavors. Swiss has a delicious full flavor that’s only heightened through our time-honored smoking process.
We make our large-eyed Swiss using 2,000 pounds of the freshest milk to produce 200-pound cheese blocks. Why? Because this cheese is a hit. Much like bread rising due to yeast, our Swiss blocks grow taller during curing, expanding and forming those signature large eyes — more eyes than your typical Swiss. We then use a cold smoke process that infuses a natural smoke taste without melting the cheese.
