We went here during a busy  pre Christmas  Saturday after emailing to ask about  brisket  availability.  Not only did the woman  at the deli give us a sample before  we bought it she was able to lead us to the meat packages in the store.. Josh then also told me how to cook it and it turned out so great. The employees here went above and beyond with their helpfulness and knowledge. Both were so helpful. I even emailed back to get instructions for a crock pot recipe for the brisket and was instructed exactly how to cook it. We did not eat there, but we have shopped in their market twice so far. It is an excellent store o purchase meats  cheeses, unique jam spreads and sauces,  specialty cookies, specialty candies, and Amish specialty foods. We live in the Philly suburbs and used to purchase Weaver Lebanon Bologna at our local Acme food markets. Few years back they stopped carrying that brand. There is no other super market or meat store in our area that carries it. By searching, we located a few S. Clyde Weaver stores. They carry the Lebanon Bologna since it is their brand. This is now our favorite specialty food store to shop at. If you visit this particular store or any of their other store you will not be disappointed.
