One of the original S Clyde Weaver bakery items. Made since 1963 from scratch. Moist bread dough rolled out and coated with a smear of cinnamon, sugar, and butter. Spiral roll is then cut and laid into a pan with sticky bun syrup. Bakes and finishes in the pan which is then overturned to drop out a sticky bun with the “sticky” surface facing up. The ultimate way of serving is to split the sticky bun and grill on butter, then top w syrup. Great breakfast or as a snack with coffee.
