1 lb. S. Clyde Weaver Bacon*
1 package S. Clyde Weaver Cocktail Cheesers*
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Cut each slice of bacon into thirds. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each cocktail cheeser. Secure with a toothpick to hold the bacon in place.
Combine brown sugar with the cayenne pepper. Toss and coat each bacon wrapped cheeser with the brown sugar, cayenne pepper mixture.
Place on prepared pans and bake for 10 minutes.
Flip the bacon wrapped cheesers and cook an additional 10 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
