Removing bone from ham is a meticulous process done by hand. We debone a fresh ham and shape it together in a net with minimal tumbling and processing. Like all of Weaver’s hams, we add extra smokehouse time to our old-fashioned ham for fuller flavor. We’re proud of our old-fashioned ham since it follows our time-honored style of curing and smoking, preserving the flavorful texture of a bone-in ham while offering the ease of carving into a boneless ham.

Absolutely the best ham ever. No water added and was not salty. I put it in my instant pot – pressure cook setting for 55 minutes. My guests loved the flavor so much. It is the best of the best.
