Smoked Meats

We offer a full range of Lancaster County smoked meats, including hardwood smoked hams (boneless, bone-in, and bone-removed), Lebanon bologna, sweet bologna and bologna sticks, smoked bacon in four varieties, thin sliced smoked dried beef, smoked sausage and kielbasa, smoked pork chops, smoked ham hocks, country scrapple, and beef and turkey jerky with multiple flavors. Everything is made using traditional methods we’ve refined over more than 100 years.

We’ve been making smoked meats since 1920, when S. Clyde and Emma Weaver started selling at Lancaster’s Northern Market. Smoked ham and bacon were the foundation of the business, and our hams were hand-processed from day one. Over 100 years later, we’re still a family-owned business — third and fourth generation — using the same recipes and smoking methods that built our reputation.

Lebanon bologna, sweet bologna sticks, and Lancaster-style beef jerky are our go-to picks for charcuterie boards. Lebanon bologna is bold and tangy — excellent sliced thin alongside aged cheddar. Sweet bologna sticks are easy to portion and snack on. Thin sliced smoked dried beef adds a savory, chewy element. Pair any combination with our aged cheddars and Lancaster cheese spreads for a classic Pennsylvania Dutch board.
